Don’t miss this exciting performance of jazz/world music by the Dinuk Wijeratne Trio on Sunday, November 12, at 4:30 p.m. The Trio includes Dinuk Wijeratne on piano, Nick Halley on drums, and Jon Suters on bass. Dinuk Wijeratne is an award-winning Sri Lankan-born Canadian pianist, composer, and conductor. His boundary-crossing work has taken him to international venues as poles apart as the Berlin Philharmonie and the North Sea Jazz Festival. Based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Nick Halley is a drummer/percussionist, keyboardist, composer, and conductor, who grew up in Norfolk singing with Chorus Angelicus, founded by his father Paul Halley.
